The menu will feature seasonal organic vegetables that are highlighted in an array of dishes from stuffed tomatoes to crepes to salad. Culinary Academy
Join one or all of our Culinary Academy classes to bring your confidence in the kitchen to a new level! These classes are taught by the talented MS Dining Chefs have been designed to provide tips and tricks to your repertoire. Each class will include time to mingle over snacks with other participants, history of the subject, hands on instruction, and recipes that you'll learn to follow from home.
