Film Kitchen's celebration of Women's History Month is Wednesday, March 12th!

Pittsburgh Film Kitchen is live and in-person at the Parkway Theater & Film Lounge in McKees Rocks and sponsored by the McKees Rocks CDC!

This month, Pittsburgh Film Kitchen is partnering with Women in Film and Media to present a screening of local movies honoring Women’s History Month!

🎥 When: Wednesday, March 12, 2025
🕕 Time: Doors open at 6:00 PM for a reception | Films begin at 7:00 PM
📍 Where:  The Parkway Theater, 644 Broadway Ave, McKees Rocks, PA 15136 (MAP)

Celebrate the vibrant talent of the Pittsburgh arts community. This evening will feature:

• Local Films: A curated selection of short films by Pittsburgh-area filmmakers, showcasing the creativity and diverse perspectives of our region’s artists.
• Meet the Artists: Arrive early at 6:00 PM to mingle with the filmmakers and special musical guests.
• Live Music: Enjoy performances by The Impossible Burghers during the reception.
• Engaging Q&A: After the film screenings, stick around for an interactive Q&A session with the filmmakers.

🍴 Catering: Savor delectable dishes prepared by Parkway Theater's fantastic chef, Mustapha Saad of Safari Eats, making this event a feast for both the eyes and the palate!

Whether you’re a film enthusiast, music lover, or foodie, this event offers something for everyone. Join us for an evening of art, inspiration, and community connection!

Tickets: $8, which includes food. The bar will be open and feature Film Kitchen drink specials.
