ERIN FOLK
A brief history:
Erin was formally a RCMP officer for several years before moving into a facilitator role in the applied science unit at the training academy. She held several positions in the RCMP over her 20 year career there, working in the drill, deportment and tactical area as well as being the EA to the training officer of the depot division. Erin became a workplace harassment investigator. She has several certificates/certifications in Police leadership, Coaching for Success, Culture and Conflict, Team Leadership, Coaching for Effective Leadership, Interest Based, Negotiation, Crisis Negotiation, Active Leadership in Values and Ethics, and Workplace Responsibility Investigation.
