Join us at Wildwood where the BB chef team of Jeremy Mabe, Kaylee DePew, and Dillon Adams along with mixologist, Tiff DeVries will wow you with a night of Fire & Ice inspired food and drink!
Event will begin with a chef introduction and discussion about the pairings. The rest of the event is roaming station style where you can eat and drink at your pace while mingling and enjoying live music!
STATION MENU:
STATION 1: Grazing Table with Smoked Whitefish Crostini & Charred Venison Crostini Paired with "The Local", old fashioned: Rye whiskey softened with pure maple syrup and black walnut bitters
STATION 2: Bourbon (Sweet Sided) Poached Plum Salad Paired with “Seafire Maria": A savory tequila cocktail blending ripe tomato and ocean brine, brightened with fresh lime and gentle spice
STATION 3: Gumbo with Spicy Sausage, Shrimp, Bacon, Okra, Jalapeño, Red Pepper, Tomatoes, Served w/ Fresno Pepper & Cheddar Cornbread Rounds Paired with Frambois: A lightly tart raspberry lambic offering bright fruit, gentle acidity, and a crisp finish
STATION 4. Grilled Scallop Ceviche Paired with “Glacial Pearl”: A sparkling, icy cocktail with floral lychee, crisp Prosecco, and playful popping boba
INTERACTIVE DESSERT STATION: Bourbon Flambé Stone Fruit & Cream Paired with Quinta do Noval Port wine: A luxurious, full-bodied port with layered notes of ripe berries, toasted nuts, and subtle spice.
