Description
Join Wildwood Family Farms and the chef team from Four Chefs for a night of fire & ice inspired farm to table dining experience. Performing artists Lexi Adams will perform throughout the evening.
STATION MENUS:
Charcuterie Station: wasabi spread, assorted crackers, assorted cheeses, local pepper sausage, crudités, pickled veggies, and whiskey infused fruit. Paired with Cinnamon Old Fashioned
Soup Station: local Jalapeno Sausage with Corn Chowder. Paired with a Hot Toddy
Salad Station: Local artisan greens, dried cranberries, candied spice pecans, cucumbers, house made spiced red onions
orange cognac vinaigrette. Paired with a Jalapeno Margarita
Pasta Station: Cajun Chicken Alfredo with peppers, onions, tomatoes, and bow tie noodles. Paired with a Jack Frost Cocktail
Dessert Station: Grand Marnier Chocolate Truffle. Paired with Three Cord Bourbon Creme
