Join Wildwood Family Farms and the chef team from Four Chefs for a night of fire & ice inspired dining experience. Performing artists Lexi Adams will perform throughout the evening.

Jambalaya with Jalapeño cheddar cornbread:
Charcuterie Station with wasabi spread, assorted crackers, assorted cheeses, spiced meats, crudite, & pickled veggies
Risotto Action Station with Au Poivre steak, sweet chili chicken, bacon, spinach, peas, mushrooms, peppers, & onions
Bang Bang Shrimp with sweet & spicy slaw
Dessert Action Station: Cherries Jubilee deglazed with Hot Damn & vanilla bean ice cream
