FIREARMS IN FILM

Will be an introductory class diving into 7 topics:

-Set Safety

-Types of Firearms

-Types of Prop Firearms and their applications

-Gear

-Types of Shooting

-Weapon Manipulation

-Tactical Movement and Application

 

The goal of this class is to teach practical firearm skills to create a better on-screen performance, learn real-life applications for safe-handling on/off a film set, and eliminate the fears of un-answered questions about firearms in film.

 

This class is meant to be a hands-on informative experience. We will not be doing any sort of stunts or practice that will involve the use of mats or safety equipment. There will be a segment where we touch on "CQB" or "Room-Clearing" but no live-fire will occur.

 

Our instructors will provide all of the hands-on props and gear we will be using and demonstrating throughout this course. (Please do not bring your own props/firearms to this class.)

 

There is an attendance cap on the class size. So if you cannot commit and are not sure whether you are allowed to drop-in/pay the day-of, please message me in advance for special arrangement.

 

If you cannot make it this day, there will be another opportunity for this in January. If you cannot afford this class feel free to message me for arrangement.
