Father Baker Council 2243 serves the OLV parish and community through faith, charity, and fraternity. Founded in 1921 at the request of Venerable Nelson Baker, our council supports OLV Charities, OLV School, local parishes, the St. Gianna Molla Pregnancy Center, the Lackawanna Food Pantry, Special Olympics, and other worthy causes in our community.

Join us for our 2026 Summer Bash hosted by the Knights of Columbus Father Baker Council No. 2243! This family‑friendly afternoon brings our community together for live music and great local food options.
Enjoy a full afternoon of entertainment featuring live music by Grainfire, kids’ activities, and a special appearance by Jimmy the Balloon Guy. Enjoy great local vendors, including Buffalo Bros Burgers and Hawaiian BBQ with food available for purchase, along with refreshments for purchase from Buffalo Brewing Company.

At the door: $20
Kids under 14 attend free!

Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets for comfortable seating.
