This class is all about gettin sexy and grounded- using the floor to support the expression of your unique sensuality. It's designed to inspire you to discover and embrace what it means to you to feel sexy and expressive in your own body. You'll learn some fun and sexy choreography and floor tricks that'll leave you feeling connected to yourself, empowered and HOT AF.
What to bring:
- Knee pads if you don't got Megan knees (or wear pants/leggings that cushion/cover your knees)
- Water!
- Heels optional (dance sneakers, bare feet or other dance shoe are great too-whatever you feel the most comfy and sexy in)
