In this hands-on workshop, Sasha will guide you through the foundations of making floral honeys and syrups. We’ll work with the lilacs blooming abundantly on the land — their ephemeral presence inviting us to slow down and savor beauty in its briefest, most fragrant form.
Each participant will go home with their own jar of floral honey and a lilac syrup we make together, plus the confidence and inspiration to continue exploring the magic of seasonal flowers in your own kitchen.
No prior herbal experience necessary — just a love for plants and sweetness!
