Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Florida Regional Card Expo, Southwest Florida's premier trading card event!
Our goal is simple: create an incredible experience for vendors and attendees alike by bringing together quality dealers, passionate collectors, and an exciting atmosphere that keeps customers engaged all day.
⏰ Event Schedule
🛠 Vendor Setup: Begins at 7:30 AM
✅ All vendors must be fully set up and ready to sell by 8:50 AM.
⭐ VIP Early Access: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
🎟 General Admission: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Vendor Space Includes
6' vendor table(s)
Two vendor badges per table
Professional venue with air conditioning, concessions, and ample parking nearby

• Present a clean, organized booth.
• Be fully set up before admission begins.
• Remain open and actively selling throughout the entire event.
• Treat customers and fellow vendors with professionalism and respect.
