Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Florida Regional Card Expo, Southwest Florida's premier trading card event!

Our goal is simple: create an incredible experience for vendors and attendees alike by bringing together quality dealers, passionate collectors, and an exciting atmosphere that keeps customers engaged all day.

Vendor Information

• Vendor Load-In: 8:00 AM

• General Admission: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

• Vendors must remain set up until 6:00 PM. Early breakdown is not permitted and may affect future participation.

Vendor Space Includes

• 6' vendor table(s)

• Two vendor badges per table

• Professional venue with air conditioning, concessions, and ample parking nearby

What We Expect

We pride ourselves on hosting a professional event. Vendors are expected to:

• Present a clean, organized booth.
• Be fully set up before admission begins.
• Remain open and actively selling throughout the entire event.
• Treat customers and fellow vendors with professionalism and respect.
