Well this is the class for you!
Join us in the dahlia field at Beeline Blooms for a hands-on workshop to learn the foundations of flower arranging.
Participants will harvest their own flowers after an in-depth demonstration and create a seasonal flower arrangement featuring dahlias, complimentary flowers & greenery.
We'll provide harvesting instructions and guide you through the process. No experience necessary!
During class we'll cover:
The mechanics of building a beautiful and balanced flower arrangement.
Selecting the best vessel for the flowers you are working with.
How to keep your flowers fresh as long as possible.
Best practices for harvesting.
How to enjoy the process and not overthink it.
The importance of working within the present season for harmonious arrangements.
This workshop will be taught by our own farmer florist Karla Hart-DeLong who's been in the flower business since 1997. She loves to empower others by sharing her unique techniques and joyful approach.
Beeline Blooms will provide everything needed to harvest flowers & make arrangements.

All persons visiting Beeline Blooms assume all risk and liability for themselves and minors.
No refunds without a minimum of 48 hours notice of cancelation before start of event, by email to: beelineblooms@gmail.com. Base ticket price may be used towards any flower purchase before 10/15/26.
Beeline Blooms is located in a rural mountain neighborhood between Bonny Doon & Ben Lomond. Give yourself plenty of time to drive safely & arrive on time to settle in.
The field is home to many insects, especially honey and bumble bees.
Some flowers are toxic to humans, cats & other pets.
Children must be kept within arms reach at all times. Kids under 12 may not use clippers. No running, horseplay or bare feet. There are sharp clippers everywhere!
No dogs except legitimate, well trained service animals kept on a short leash.
No professional/formal photography, large cameras or tripods during public hours. We offer private sessions for $100 per hour on Monday evenings.

Sunday & weekend events require tickets to attend.

Please do not come outside of public openings. Our neighborhood continues to recover from the CZU wildfire and is not accessible due to construction of homes being rebuilt.
