Flower Studio Room Hire

Description

We now offer hire of our flower studio space during our public flower picking open days. 

Our flower studio room is beautiful space decorated with dried flowers and windows looking out across the farm and blooms. Large sliding doors pull back to open the space up to fresh air and enable access into the adjacent side courtyard. A perfect option for celebrating hens, birthdays parties, bridal or baby showers and other special events. Hiring our studio ensures your gathering is also worry free in the event of wet weather.

Note: Your guests must purchase their flower picking tickets or farm entry separately via the flower picking event listing. Please note these tickets can sell out quickly and picking tickets are NOT available to purchase on the day - so we recommend purchasing your tickets early.

The Inclusions:

• 2 x large long tables and seating for 20 ppl.
• Hot water urn
• Mini fridge
• Water dispenser.
• Ice buckets and glasses on request

The Experience:

After arrival and check-in your guests can make their way to our field station to receive their flower picking instructions when ready, either as one large group in small groups. One of our expert field staff will issue you with flower snips to loan and show you how to harvest as well as explain the farm rules. You and your guests are then free to explore and pick your favourite blooms from our wide range across the farm. A perfect and relaxing day out! Once finished your guests bring their flowers back to the flower studio to enjoy the private space for your BYO catering. Hiring our studio ensures your gathering is worry free in the event of wet weather.

The Important Details:

• Room capacity - 20 guests seated, 30 guests standing.
• Flower picking takes approx 1 hour.
• Early arrival to setup the space in unavailable. If this is required...we recommend inviting your guests to arrive 1/2 later than the farm open time or your guests can tour the garden or commence flower picking while you set-up.
• Tasmanian cheese and dried fruit platters are available for pre-order on both Friday and Saturday summer/autumn events
• Flower snips will be available to loan - no byo snips or containers allowed. Only Earthenry metal pitchers (new or returning) can be used.
• If the room hire dates you require are not showing up as available - it means the room is already booked out for that picking event. We are not able to offer any bookings on different days of the week due to flower availability and making sure our plants have time to re-bloom for the next event.

 

The Rules:

• BYO food/catering is allowed. Note: Food trucks operate at our Friday Twilight events. Cheese Platters are
• BYO alcohol is only available on Saturdays. Responsible consumption of alcohol is expected at all times. Participants can be asked to leave at any time if appearing intoxicated.
• No BYO alcohol allowed during Friday Twilight events. Friday Twilight events are licensed and we operate a bar where your guests can purchase drinks.
• No loud music or any other behaviour that might detract from the relaxing experience of our other visitors.
• No dogs allowed.
• No smoking allowed on the farm at anytime.
• We reserve the right to ask you or any of your guests to leave if they are not behaving in accordance with our farm rules or public visitor expectations.

The Cancellation Policy: 

Room hire booking is refundable in full if notified 14 days or more prior to your booking date. Notification less than this time is non-refundable. For corresponding flower picking ticket refunds for your booking please contact us to discuss.
