Join us for mindful movement and meditation with flower picking afterwards. .Bring your yoga mat and quiet your mind while moving your body in a yoga class that is suitable for all levels. Leave with a beautiful bouquet cut from our flower fields! Build community and support our farm with our resident yoga instructor, Lexia Wills.
After yoga, you will wander the farm cutting flowers to make a fresh and seasonal bouquet to bring home. Enjoy a beautiful Thursday evening on the farm with yoga and flowers.
