Join Chef AJ Dixon of Lazy Susan, MKE for this hands-on class to learn the Art of Focaccia Breadmaking!
You will learn the basic fundamentals of Focaccia, how to turn your bread into artful masterpieces, and even pizza!
Class will include focaccia and pizza to try and dough to bake at home again the next day. You will able to share your masterpieces at home with your family.
Chef AJ Dixon was chef and owner of Lazy Susan Mke, a Journal Sentinel Top 30 restaurant from 2014 until its closure in 2023. Chef AJ currently is now a Chef Instructor at MATC in the Culinary Arts Program and continues cooking as a private chef.
Beer and wine are available for purchase.
Age 16 and up. Age 10-15 welcome with a separately ticketed adult.
