Description

This course will provide you with a Level 2 Food Safety in Catering RQF qualification. This 1 day course is led by experience trainer David Taylor, and will include the topics of food safety laws, types of contamination and the associated risks, bacteriology, personal hygiene, safe food handling practices and more.

 

Who is the course for: A volunteer or staff member of FSN or AFN member organisations who are providing food directly to the community.

Cost: Free. A bus ticket compensation can be provided if needed.

What to bring: Bring a form of ID, a pad and paper for note-taking and reflection.

Venue: The Conference Room at Community Base, 113 Queens Road BN1 3XG.
