Description

This cooking session is for previous Community Cookery class participants.

Join us for a relaxing and friendly session and leave with new skills and inspiration.

Eating healthy and staying on track becomes much easier when you know what you are going to be eating for the next few days. Batch cooking your meals can be a real lifesaver for those days when you don't have the time or the energy.

In this short class we will be creating dishes with what we have in our store cupboard and fridge (feel free to bring in any tins or packets you aren't sure what to do with!). As well as learning how to cut down on food waste you will pick up some savvy skills and tips to help you feel more confident in the kitchen.

Use our ovens and creativity to cook and takeaway meals for the weekend while sharing tips and ideas with other participants. (please bring your own Tupperware if you have it).

COSTS:  As this is a popular class with limited places  we are asking  £5 payment at booking to secure a place .

There is an option to have this payment refunded after attendance.

Funded by the National Lottery Climate Action Fund.
