This fast-paced intensive gives teens and young adults the opportunity to take part in a professional-style rehearsal and performance process, culminating in a fully staged musical production.
Under the direction of an experienced creative team, the cast brings to life the electrifying story of Ren McCormack, a teenager who moves from Chicago to a small farming town where dancing and rock music have been banned by the local preacher. As Ren challenges the town’s strict rules, he inspires a community to rediscover joy, connection, and the importance of listening to young people. Filled with heartfelt moments, explosive choreography, and unforgettable music, Footloose is a story that continues to resonate with audiences of all ages.
Featuring its iconic Oscar and Tony-nominated score — including hits like “Footloose,” “Holding Out for a Hero,” and “Almost Paradise” — this exciting production promises an unforgettable night at the theatre.
