Friday, October 28 and Saturday, October 29, join the Portage County Historical Society and local cemetery researcher Jen Brilowski at Forest Cemetery in Stevens Point for an evening stroll of the second-largest cemetery in Portage County. From lumber and railroad men to merchants and farmers, you’ll be reminded of stories you might have heard before and hear untold tales you’ll never forget. These twilight tours begin at 4:30 p.m. on both days, starting during daylight and ending at dusk. Tickets are $15. Space for these tours is extremely limited. Forest Cemetery is in Stevens Point and located behind the Rogers Cinema parking lot, off Church Street.
