Description

Thursday 10th November's Forest Explorers session has been cancelled due to high winds. The session will be rescheduled to Thursday 1st December 2022.

Join us for Forest School fun in the beautiful grounds at Ushaw. Forest School is a child-led, imagination fuelling, creative activity taking place in natural woodland.

Suitable for pre-school children and those who are home educated up to the age of 8 years. All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Younger siblings (under 2s) can attend for no extra charge but activities will not be aimed at this age group.

Taking place every Thursday from 3 November - 24 November, 10:30 - 12pm

New for this term, we're offering a family ticket, which gives access to Forest Explorers for 2 adults and any reasonable number of children within your family.

We also offer a limited number of "pay on the day" place. These are offered on a 'first come, first served basis' and can be purchased from the Visitor's Centre from 10am on the morning of the session at a cost of £6.50 for members and £8.50 for non-members.

Please be aware that in the unlikely event where the minimum number of Block Bookings is not reached, these sessions may be cancelled.
