Join us Sunday, March 29th, at Lighthouse Reiki and Crystal for a guided meditation featuring antique Tibetan sound bowls.
For part four of our Forgiveness series, we meditate on the World, and the systems that preside over us. A great deal of suffering can rise from the quiet resentment we hold toward the way the world operates. This plane is rife with energy siphoning tactics: social media, the news, contrived events, false wars, and so on. In this meditation, forgiveness becomes a form of liberation. By releasing our anger toward the world and the expectations of fairness we place upon it, we loosen the grip these systems have over our minds and our fields. What remains is clarity: the ability to see the forces around us without being controlled by them. We become sovereign over our realities, able and ready to move in accordance with our Highest Good.
We will begin promptly at 2:30pm, then we will open meditation with a guided warm up to anchor us in the present moment.
