The Advanced Academy is a modern cosmetology, barbering, and esthetics school dedicated to raising industry standards through advanced education, hands-on training, and real-world career preparation. Since 2021, we’ve offered workshops for everyone—from beginner students to advanced professionals—and welcome all attendees, whether or not they’re enrolled students, to continue learning, growing, and elevating their craft.
Description
This workshop covers the essential building blocks of haircutting. We’ll review proper shear handling, foundational cutting techniques, and an introduction to basic elevations. Designed to strengthen confidence and consistency, this class is ideal for students who want to refine the fundamentals and build a solid technical base to grow from.
