Ditch the crowds and tantalize your taste buds at our four-course dinner with our special guest, Beyond the Vine Cellars, the night before the Blueberry Festival kicks off. In addition to a delicious dinner, our friends from Beyond the Vine Cellars will be on-site to talk about their wines, and you will have the opportunity to ask questions and chat with them. This four-course dinner will start at 7 p.m. Each diner will have a choice from two main course options. Tea and water are included with your dinner. Stone House Kitchen will open at 6 p.m. for anyone wanting to purchase wine by the glass separately.
An Evening of Blueberry Bliss
Join us for a curated four-course journey celebrating all things blueberry, perfectly paired with wines from Beyond the Vine Cellars.
First Course: A trio of blueberry small bites: A Shrimp Taco with Blueberry Mango Slaw, Blueberry lemon ricotta bruschetta, and a blueberry goat cheese and prosciutto puff, paired with Riesling
Second Course: Blueberry Spinach Salad with Lemon Poppy Dressing, paired with Beyond The Vine Cellars new release, Blueberry Bliss
Third Course: Pork Chops with Blueberry Balsamic Sauce OR Salmon with Agrodolce Blueberry Sauce with blueberry sage stuffing and roasted carrots, paired with Madam Rouge
Fourth Course: Blueberry dark chocolate cake with a blueberry buttercream, paired with Tempranillo

Dinner is $80 per person, tax and gratuity not included. The list of ingredients in the description is not inclusive of every ingredient, so please disclose any allergies when checking out. If you would like to sit with another party, please notate in the notes. Please note that the streets of downtown Nacogdoches will close at approximately 5 p.m. for festival setup. Parking will be available behind Commercial Bank. If you need accessible accommodations, please notate in your checkout notes and we will send instructions.
Seats are limited, so purchase early. Ticket sales will end Wednesday, June 10 or when sold out, whichever happens first. Refunds can be made until 8 a.m. June 10. After 8 a.m. June 10 no refunds will be allowed.
