Theatre Bazaare presents the tragic tale of Mary Shelley's "Frankenstein" as you've never seen it before.
Retold by the three Fates of Roman mythology, Frankenstein returns to the hands of women practically for the first time since Mary Shelley completed it. Far from the groaning Hollywood monsters, ripped bodices, and drafty castles of popular imagination, this production centers around the bone-deep psychological horrors of abandonment, rage, and irrevocable mistakes in the making. How much can a man take, after all, before he becomes a monster?
Please note that this show is part of the Little 5 Points Halloween Festival. Come early and check out the vendors, the food, and the fun of L5P Halloween!
If you plan to come on Saturday or Sunday, the main road to 7 Stages will be closed for the festival. We highly recommend parking at your local Marta station and taking the train in to Inman Park. The walk from Inman Park station is only a 12 minute walk to the theatre.
Please allow time to walk to the theatre, collect your tickets, and (possibly) try one of the custom Frankenstein cocktails as devised by our friends at Java Lords.
