Join us for an unforgettable night of music and celebration as the Free Agents Brass Band headlines The Broadside to mark the vinyl reissue of their landmark album Made It Through That Water — re-released to commemorate the 20th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina.

Originally distributed in a limited run of just 100 CDs, Made It Through That Water returns for the first time on vinyl, featuring expanded liner notes, rare photographs, and a custom View-Master reel that brings the story of the band and the album to life.

The evening will feature a powerhouse lineup of New Orleans talent:

FAQ

  • The showtime listed for the event is the time the event starts. Doors will generally open an hour before the listed show time unless otherwise listed.
  • We allow pets during the day, but not at night for music (anything after 7pm). Service animals are always allowed
  •  Please do not park in the Broad Theater parking lot. We have a parking lot for The Broadside and plenty street parking available on Toulouse and Lafitte. If you would like to be escorted to your car, please ask the Sheriff on duty. You may also park in the Auto Zone parking lot if they are closed. 
  • Our outdoor space has a variety of seating options such as benches, picnic tables, chairs, and stools. If you require a seat for health reasons or disability, please ask a staff member and they can provide you with a chair.
