Free Live Morning Meditation · March 7, 2026
Start your day off right with a gentle, steady morning meditation practice.
This is a live, real-time meditation classes offered in a low-pressure, non-performance online space. Through the simple practice of following along in real time, you’ll naturally become more familiar with meditation and mindfulness practices without needing to analyze, perform, or “do it right.”
With over 15 years of experience teaching mindfulness and meditation, I’ll guide you through one of my favorite practices. The emphasis is on enjoying the actual experience of meditation while organically developing skills and tools that tend to carry with you throughout your day — and into everyday life — without formal effort or instruction.
As meditation is meant to be, the tone of these class is non-pressured, pleasurable, supportive, and steady. This is a calm, loving space where you can access insight, healing, and clarity for the deeper parts of you, in a way that naturally supports you both during the practice and beyond it.
This practice is here to help you feel better in your everyday life. When the mind is constantly running in the background, it can quietly shape how we feel, how we react, and how we experience stress, anxiety, low mood, or even the body itself.
Through meditation, you begin to notice what the mind has been saying all along — and, just as importantly, how you’ve been relating to it. From that awareness, a new relationship can form. One that is steadier, kinder, and more aligned with your true, authentic self.
Over time, this naturally softens both the obvious habits and the deeper, more complex patterns that create tension, suffering, or dis-ease. As these loosen, you may find more ease, clarity, and choice — and a growing sense that you are no longer living at the mercy of old mental patterns, but moving through life with greater freedom and self-trust.
Cameras are optional for everyone. Simply log in, get comfortable, and start your day off right.
