Join us for a weekly online class designed specifically for people living with multiple sclerosis who want safe, supportive movement without the fast pace of typical yoga or exercise sessions.
This session focuses on simple mobility work and guided stretching using elastic-style stretch bands. Movements follow a calm, steady rhythm, and each stretch is held for about 20 seconds so everyone has time to get into position comfortably—no rushing, no pressure, and no experience required.
