Description:  

This is a time for RCC members to come together.  Kaffenkos is a Norwegian term for cozy connection over coffee.  Bring your favorite beverage and if you want something sweet and join in this time of connection.  There is something special about Rosemaling friends and we are hosting this meeting so members can connect with current friends and start new friendships.  There will also be a free 1/2 hour interactive presentation by Julie Anderson called "The Liner Brush and Embellishments - using old pieces and line work tips." 

Agenda:  

6:30 p.m. - 6:45 p.m.   

  • Introduction by President Kelsey Kost and meet board members in attendance.  
  • Presentation of membership by state
  • Polls

6:45 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

  • Break-out rooms.  Members will be broken out into rooms for small group conversation.

7:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Presentation by Julie Anderson - "The liner brush and embellishments - using old pieces and line work tips."

7:30 p.m. the meeting ends

7:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. informal time for member connections.

 

Location:  This meeting will be hosted on Zoom.  All technical requirements needed to join the class are the responsibility of the member. RCC meet-up will not be recorded. Meeting is listed in the Central time zone.

 

Cost: Free for members.  Non-members are charged $30, the cost of an RCC membership..  Registration confirmations will be sent through SimpleTix.

Rosemaling Coast to Coast

Rosemaling Coast to Coast, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organized to celebrate the art of Norwegian rosemaling through a national organization that supports and enriches the artistic activities of the individual. Members study, paint, teach, and promote the love of rosemaling. The skillset is broad, from beginners to highly-skilled, award-winning artists.
