Prime Food/Beverage Vendor Fee - $250.00
Prime Merchandise Vendor Fee - $200.00
Food/Drink Vendor Fee - $200.00
Food Truck Vendor Fee - $200.00
Merchandise Vendor - $150.00
VENDOR RULES AND REGULATIONS
ALL VENDORS
All vendors must check-in and set up during the set up period.
The setup period will be determined as the event approaches.
Please check in at the check in desk located at the wooden bridge.
After the setup period, vendor vehicles must be driven off the site.
All vendor vehicles must be parked at the mall's parking lot during the event.
Each vendor will receive 2 car tags for their main & spare vehicles. Please place these tags in the cars' front windows.
No vehicles will be allowed on site during event hours. If you wish to reload your inventory, please use carts or hand trucks to transport anything to the venue.
TENT VENDORS
Please bring your own tents, tables, and chairs as the venue does not supply these for vendors.
All vendors' tents must be 10'x10'. Each slot will fit 1 tent.
You can put your inventory, tools, and machines in the back of the tent
All generators must be placed in the back of the tent
NOTES
We make final decisions on vendor slots in order to keep similar businesses separate.
Entry fees are non refundable. No exceptions.
Please check your email for setup information. We usually send it out twice. The first email will be a week from the event. The second email will be 3 days before the event.
