What You Will Learn
Get creative in the kitchen with our hands-on Colored Ravioli Class! In this interactive experience, you’ll learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch and transform it into vibrant, beautifully colored noodles using natural ingredients. Our chef will guide you step-by-step through mixing, kneading, coloring, and shaping the dough, sharing tips and techniques along the way. This class is all about getting your hands dirty, experimenting with color, and having fun while learning a timeless culinary skill. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned home cook, you’ll leave with new knowledge, colorful pasta to enjoy, and the confidence to recreate it at home.

What To Expect
- Instructor: No Thyme To Cook Lead Chef Instructor
- Length: Approximately 3 hours.
- Format: Hands-On: Cook alongside the Chef as you follow step-by-step instructions to create your own dishes. The Chef is there as your instructor, guiding you through techniques and answering any questions along the way.
- Location: First floor.
- Restrictions: Ages 16 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
All students will receive 10% off any scheduled public class(es) purchased that evening.
Experience Options
- General Admission: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class to enjoy cocktail hour at NTTC's fully-stocked bar.
