Join this much beloved French native as he shows you how to prepare classic dishes, such as savory seafood crepes known as galettes au blé noir (sometimes called au sarrasin), and galettes (savory buckwheat crepes) filled with everything from bacon and cream-drenched mushrooms to a simple spread of salted cultured Breton butter, apples, and Camembert cheese.
