Share Tough Mother Retreats is a newly formed company that is committed to providing resources for local women and parents in our community! We are passionate about ALL things womanhood and by ALL we mean the good, the bad, the ugly...our favorite-the funny, and our least favorite-the tough! Our hope is that participants learn tools, find joy, and most importantly find comfort in the reality of this “tough” life.
Description
This Friday, join us for some peaceful stretching and strengthening! We will be using our natural surroundings to get a nature based workout in! We look forward to seeing so many of your faces at the Nature Preserve off of N College St at 9:30am.
We will meet by the nature based playground.
