Description
Class dates: Jan 12, 18, 26, Feb 2, 9, 16, 23, March 1. (8 weeks)
Advanced Wheel class is suitable for anyone over age 18 who can easily center and pull up a medium to large sized cylinder and wants to dig deep into clay!
Each class is 3 hours long and this class will go for 8 weeks, instead of our usual 6. Some of the topics we will cover include: spiral wedging, throwing larger, lidded pieces, throwing with porcelain, and much more!
Classes are every Friday from 6PM-9PM for 8 weeks, Includes 3 hours of hands-on instruction each week, use of community tools, and clay, including specialized clays. Firing is not included but the cost is very reasonable at $0.06 per cubic inch.
