Description
Create a unique, pocket-sized journal that can travel with you so you can write down your thoughts and collect inspiration as you navigate your everyday life more consciously. Suitable for adults and kids ages 12 and up.
Demo + Workshop: 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm
(Adults and kids ages 12+ are welcome)
Price includes: Guidance for creating your journal and all materials will be provided.

Many of you might know Alix von Auenmueller in her role as a facilitator at FRIEDA. Alix is a Registered, Board Certified Art Therapist who earned her Master of Arts degree from the Hahnemann Creative Arts in Therapy Program at Drexel University. Alix has worked in several therapeutic and academic settings using individual, group, and family art therapy. Alix completed a yoga teacher training program in 2005 and integrates mind-body awareness into her therapy practice and workshops.
