FRIEDA Community is excited to host a special supper on May 13.
Hester Struben will be our guest chef for the evening, presenting a spring menu full of flavors!

Crostini with chicken liver mousse and mango
Phyllo cup with feta cream and apple pea salsa
Rice cracker with spiced eggplant confit and raisins
Main
Braised lamb with yogurt dressing and mixed herb gremolata
Sweet pepper, potato and fish stew
Roasted roots over cashew and white bean hummus
Sauteed spring greens
Spring salad (very European, salad is always last)
Dessert
Genoise with sumac rhubarb compote
