Description
Help us plant at Stray Cat Studios as we reforest Beaver County one Patch at a time! This spring, Friends of ROF helped prepare the Stray Cat Studio site by removing nonnative plants and old landscape fabric. This August, we’ll be planting a Patch of native trees, shrubs, and perennials! Get ready to get your hands dirty, wield some landscaping tools, and help our neighborhood wildlife by installing native trees, shrubs, and perennials.
Please note that we will meet at Stray Cat Studio: 2200 9th Ave, Beaver Falls, PA 15010
Lunch will be provided for all volunteers! Don’t forget your close-toed shoes and water bottle.
Friends of ROF is our volunteer group; new faces and returning members are welcome at all events. All ages are welcome.
Please note that this event will require bending, digging, potentially some heavy lifting, etc. We will likely be working in the heat.
