In-person at Uptown Test Kitchen
What’s the secret to perfect pasta?
Chef Deborah Kudelka knows!
Italian cuisine is one of her specialties (thanks, in part, to her Italian heritage), and with 25+ years in the culinary arts, she’s ready to teach you how to make beautiful, versatile, and — most importantly — delicious pasta.
Join us as we partner with Chow À La Carte to present an evening of pasta making (and eating). Chef Deborah will introduce participants to the basics of this art form over canapés and aperitivi, and then they’ll use what they’ve learned to make their very own pasta.
Afterwards, participants will enjoy a dinner with Chef Deborah, complete with wine, salad, and, of course, pasta! The meal will be followed with Chef Deborah’s tiramisu and a digestivo of limoncello.
Participants will leave with pasta, small jars of pesto, and the skills to support their future pasta endeavors.
