We're opening the wine cellar for a very special treat! Join us for an amazing evening featuring three delicious courses - each plate will be carefully matched with a flight of three unique and rare wines. This dinner will be a triple gastronomic experience you won't forget!
All wines that will be shared for the evening are VERY LIMITED, some available only in one or two locations in Maryland while others will never be sold in the state at all.
- Fresh Handmade Lobster Ravioli with Tarragon Cream Sauce

- Creamy Wild Mushroom Soup with Parmesan Fricos
- Paired With: Pinot Noirs
- Straccotto over Creamy Cheesy Polenta

What To Expect
Bottles of these exclusive wines will be available for purchase throughout the evening while supplies last.
Tickets include a $70 credit toward any bottles purchased that evening.
- Instructor: Chef Jeff.
- Length: Approximately 3 hours
- Format: Demonstration. Sit back, relax, and leave the cooking to us! Watch as your Chef Instructor walks you through how to prepare each of the dishes. Throughout the class, your instructor may even ask for adventurous volunteers. Everyone will enjoy all the menu items created during the demonstration.
- Restrictions: Ages 21 and older.
All students will receive 10% off any scheduled public class(es) purchased that evening.
- General Admission: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class. (1 ticket applies to 1 person)
- Happy Hour: Our bar will be open for Happy Hour one hour before the start of class. Your first drink will be 25% off!
