Fundamental Strength Please note that you will be required to pay the instructor for this class. Fundamentals of Strength: By applying a variety of tools, equipment, and techniques, the group training dynamic fosters a social atmosphere that is fitness-focused. Classes are designed to increase strength, agility, and cardiovascular endurance while improving coordination, balance, mobility, and joint stability, reduce fall risk, and, in many cases, reduce pain. (25 min class).
