In this hands-on class, you’ll learn the art of creating stunning charcuterie boards that blend seasonal flavors, textures, and colors into one irresistible display. From arranging cheeses and cured meats to pairing festive accompaniments, our chefs will share tips for presentation, balance, and style.
Each guest will have the chance to build their very own personal charcuterie box to take home—perfect for enjoying together, savoring on your own, or gifting to someone special. Laugh, sip, and celebrate friendship while mastering the skills to entertain with flair this Valentine’s Day!
Experience Options
- Premium Experience: Arrive up to 30 minutes before the start of class and enjoy a seasonal appetizer as well as your choice of one complimentary glass of beer, wine, seltzer, soft drink or themed cocktail/mocktail. (additional drinks available for purchase) Also, spend a few private minutes with our chef instructor!
- General Admission: Arrive up to 30 minutes before class to meet and mingle with other class participants. Drinks available for purchase - Themed cocktail/mocktail, beer, wine, seltzer, soft drinks, and bottled water.
- Allergies: We will attempt to accommodate any true medical allergy with advance notice. Please indicate allergies when completing ticket purchase.
