Wizarding Camp activities will vary and each includes plenty of time in the imaginary world of the Fig Forest and Red Tail Glen.

July 5 – 8, Serpentine Stone Camp (Tuesday to Friday only)

8 a 5 de julio, Campamento “Piedra serpentina” (sólamente de martes a viernes)

What are rocks made of? Serpentine, like other gemstones are magic from deep in the earth, they are mineral flowers, blossomed in the dark. This week, campers will work as scientists with potions and particles, solar ovens, infusions and more. (All individually created and consumed). We’ll explore how living soil creates nutrients for the garden by making compost and discover the fine line between states of matter. From garden harvests to craft creations and games, Serpentine Stone week will rock your wizardly world!

July 18 – 22, Obsidian Owl Camp

18 a 22 de julio, Campamento “Lechuza de obsidiana”

Grandmother Oak and her residents await, let us enter the glen to explore! This is an expansive week of adventures, from scavenger hunts to sketching creatures, journaling and wilderness games. Campers will use the tools of naturalists to hone their skills and build collection boxes. Collaboration and teamwork are accented on the week’s journey to solve the mystery of the Obsidian Owl.
