Description
Stone Meadow...65+ private acres in Lebanon, Tennessee

Feeling discouraged, overwhelmed or disconnected? You're not alone.

Come spend a spring day enjoying a delicious day retreat featuring a live choral recording, gourmet food by Table Through Town, live performances, nature walks and a campfire singalong on 65+ private acres along the Cumberland River.

Join me, Nashville artist & people-connector Christa Wells, for an unforgettable day at Stone Meadow, my family's homestead outside Nashville.

We'll kick off the day with a VIP Patron-Only gathering, beginning at 10am, and "gates" open to our General Admission guests at 2pm.

10am-2pm

Patreon members will enjoy a private Soul Collage Workshop facilitated by Patron Jennifer Bast, followed by a private luncheon with Christa, prepared by Patron Eric Neevel.

Lunch for Patrons and hearty hors d'oeuvres during the dinner hour are included in your ticket price, and you're welcome to bring additional food items if you have a cooler. Coffee and sparkling waters will be provided, and you may bring any other beverages you'd like to enjoy and/or share with others.

2pm

General Admission guests will begin arriving, and a guided tour of the trails that lead to the creek and cliffs will begin at 2:30pm. Walking is not required, and there is plenty of space for you to simply relax on the lawn, in a hammock, or inside the spacious downstairs of the house. You can even venture into the piano room and make music of your own!

3:30-4:30pm

We will capture a live recording of our voices in chorus (audio and lyric files will be sent in advance).

5pm

Table Through Town's Natalie Bolen will inspire awe with the most beautiful spread you've ever seen or tasted.

5:30-8:30pm

One of our guest artists, Emily Hines!

From about 5:30-8:30pm we'll enjoy live performances, starting with an open mic (filled first come, first serve upon ticket purchase) on the back lawn. Then we'll hear from a couple members of my CW Song Circle, and then we'll enjoy performances by a few of my local artist friends (Plumb, Emily Hines, River & Rail)--and me!

8pm

At sundown, we'll head down to the campfire for singalongs with marshmallows and chocolate for s'mores. Bring your ukulele or guitar! :)

Our intention is to make the event as affordable as possible for those who need it, and to give those who have more the option to contribute more. For this reason, tickets have been rolled out at various price points, starting as low as $10 for Patrons.

What to bring:

  • Comfortable, casual clothes for outdoors, keeping in mind that you will also be on camera if you participate in our live choir recording mid-afternoon! Suggested colors for the choir are yellows, greens, creams and rust, but comfort is key. Wear what makes you feel good.
  • Lawn chair and/or picnic blanket
  • Any additional beverages or snacks you'd like to have on hand (we will provide water and sparkling water, feel to bring any other options--alcohol is allowed)

In the Event of Inclement Weather:

  • We are initially capping the number of tickets to the number of guests we can host inside the house. In the event of rain, we will gather indoors for music and food. In the days leading up to the event, if the forecast is clear, we will open additional tickets.

More details will be shared as they become available. I can't wait to be with you!
