π The Full Moon in Libra is a moment of illumination centered around balance, relationships, and the heart. Full moons symbolize a time of peak emotional & intuitive energy in the lunar cycle. When in Libra, the light of the Moon is cast on how we give and receive love, how we relate to others, and how well weβre honoring ourselves within those connections.
πΈ Yoga Mats & Blocks will be provided, however, feel free to bring any of your own equipment to best support you in this class! There are only 10 spots available for each class.
