Join us at the JACC for our German Baking Classes with Doris Sandstrom, while she teaches various bread making recipes and techniques.
We’ll be baking a healthy Wholemeal Spelt flour Bread,
a polish wheat bread 1 dough 3 different loafs ( French baguette, Ciabatta, Country loaf) and a German sourdough Farmer's bread.
At the end of the class everyone will get to enjoy each bread with butter and homemade jam.
Saturday, February 11th - 1:00 PM (class will run 3 1/2 hours aprx)
$58 per student.
