For the very first time Oneata Schwalger Dual Code International will be running a RUGBY UNION Clinic. With over 20 years international experience in the game Oneata will provide and share knowledge to support girls to gain the confidence to take on their opponents.

What to bring

- NO MOUTH GUARD NO PARTICIPATION.

- Please ensure you bring your mouthguard!!Any safety equipment (shoulder pads, head gear), rugby boots (moulds, metal studs are fine) 

- Training gear attire *represent your club or your favourite team*

- Own water bottle

- Snacks - Food
