Description
Glorious Ladies On Wheels (GLOW) session rides are designed for the novice/intermediate rider who wants to spend some focused time dialing in the fundamentals. Each session ride will start with some field practice, working on basics and advancing to maneuvers. We then take it to the trails to apply our new or improved skills on a single track. If the weather is wet and trails are closed we may spend the entire lesson in the field or we may go indoors and work on bike mechanics, bike set up, and lecture/discussion style learning. Every effort will be made to not cancel/reschedule.
The registration is non-refundable, however, if your schedule changes you may give your spot to someone else, just please be sure to let me know so I can be sure to have waivers signed.
Please pay extra attention to the location of each class as it will rotate between Hurricane and Boston Lot - both Nature Walk and Hospital side trailheads.
