Description
Do you ride around the rock on Creepy Teepee? How about the one on White Dot or Funhouse.
In this 90 minute session ride, we will start with skills in the field that teach us how to move our bodies in order to safely get up and down larger rocks in the network. We will start in the field and work on timing, pressure control and body position. We will then take what we practiced onto the trails and consider hitting some of the rocks that challenge us. As always, this will be challenge by choice. There is never any pressure to ride a rock that you do not feel confident riding.
Please come prepared with a bike in good working order, helmet, water, bug spray, and snacks if you will need them.
GLOW session rides are designed to be fun and encouraging! All beginner nd intermediate riders are welcome to join in.
