Description
Slow bike skills are essential to take your riding to the next level. We often do not slow down enough to practice these skills in a controlled environment.
In this 90 minute session ride, we will start with skills in the field that encourage us to work on our balance and control at slow speeds. This will include ratcheting, rock dodges, and track stands, We will then take it to the trails to practice what we worked on.
Please come prepared with a bike in good working order, helmet, water, bug spray, and snacks if you will need them.
GLOW session rides are designed to be fun and encouraging! All beginner nd intermediate riders are welcome to join in.
