Description

Emma has made it her mission to ensure that those with gluten-free diets and sensitive guts can have their favourite baked treats.

In this class, Emma will share the tips and techniques behind successful gluten-free baking and Pastry so you can say goodbye forever to dry messes. She’ll reveal how to make delicious choux pastry using it in both sweet and savoury dishes, buttery and crumbly shortcrust pastry and demonstrate an easy party food option. Her go-to rules for gluten-free baking will be complemented with tips for baking dairy-free as well.

By the end of the class you will takeaway:

  • lemon meringue pies
  • profiteroles and gougères
  • buckwheat blinis
