Emma has made it her mission to ensure that those with gluten-free diets and sensitive guts can have their favourite baked treats.

In this class, Emma will share the tips and techniques behind successful gluten-free Baking and Pastry. She’ll reveal how to make gluten free versions of your favourite classics.

By the end of the class you will takeaway:

  • Victoria sponge – a fluffy brown sugar cake with whipped cream and jam

  • Scones with lots of layers and chunks of cheddar cheese

  • Mini galettes with a go-to flaky shortcrust pastry and a quick cheesecake filling
